Most all the photos on this page came from the 40th Infantry Division photograph files at the National Archives in Washington,DC. The photos were 47-48 years old. They were covered with plastic in order to preserve them. As they were copied the lights glared off the photos. They were real dark when copied. I did the best I could with the brightness. They are not top quality copies.
If anyone can shed some light on any of the photos please let me know and I will put the information on top of the photo.
